AP1 is an IOT beacon management platform that provides a suite of software tools and hardware for managing BLE iBeacons through the web. Using these tools, developers and users can power multiple use cases such as proximity notification services and content delivery systems triggered by hardware signals.
Design Philosophy
Being a platform solution, interoperability is is core to the design of the platform. Supporting the following main products:
An all-in-one Beacon Management Platform for handling deployment, content management, and data visualization through BLE iBeacons.
Hardware agnostic signal collection hardware. Apbeacon uses a dual data collection approach that uses passive, anonymous collection and active, in-depth collection. This mesh data approach enables businesses to gain meaningful insights.
Experience and Involvement with Inpixon Maps
- Contributions to version 1 of the Apengage platform built with the Laravel LAMP stack using AngularJS and MongoDB
- Contributions to version 1 of the ApbeaconGO platform built with the Laravel LAMP stack using AngularJS and MySQL to manage location based beacons.
- Developed the Keys to the City iOS app, the first commercially deployerd iOS app powered by Apengage
